As we near the end of the School Year we would like to thank the Councillors for all their hard work and representing the school so well. In particular Lewis and Chloe our Chair and Vice Chair who have visited the Schools Parliament on behalf of the school and Jack who has represented Year 6 so well. We wish them every success in their new schools.

At the next meeting one councillor from each class will stand down and one will remain for a further year. At the beginning of September each class will vote for anew Councillor. In this way all councillors will have a two year term.

All the council have thought about the Wii and we have thought about where we are going to put it. We might put it in the Tom’s Space or the music room.

Have you got any ideas, please speak to your class councillor, Mrs Hudson, Mrs Pearson or Mrs Culshaw

At the last Council Meeting Councillors were asked for their ideas about how the Wii could be used in school.  Councillors came up with some very good suggestions such as having a Rota for Playtimes and Lunchtimes, Breakfast Club trialling games, pupils bringing in their own Games and suggestions on what new games we could buy.  One idea was to have an after school Wii Fit club or use the Wii for Golden time.

If you have any ideas please speak to your class councillor or speak to Mrs Hudson, Mrs Pearson or Mrs Culshaw.
